Shipping & Returns

  • "Car Detailing Guru" uses a third party shipping company, and although we will endeavor to stay on top of your order tracking during shipping process, the business cannot take liability as such. 

  • "Car Detailing Guru" does not accept any returns except for damaged or faulty products. Change of mind reason shall not be entertained.

  • If a buyer has received a faulty or damaged product, "Car Detailing Guru" should be contacted within 24hrs once delivery is made. Any return request received after 24hrs will be refused.

  • All return costs of a faulty or damaged product shall be paid by the buyer at their own risk.

  • The buyer must ensure the product is re-packed and the product is returned in the original condition as it was delivered, failing which will trigger automatic refusal of return request.

  • "Car Detailing Guru" does not manufacture all of the products, hence the business is not liable to offer any warranty with any transaction.

  • "Car Detailing Guru" will do best effort to keep buyer well informed from the start to delivery on the status of the order product. Please feel free contact us any time.

  • Buyer must provide photographic and video evidence of the faulty or damaged product in order to approve return request.

  • Please do not send the product back until the return request is fully approved by "Car Detailing Guru".
